Who we are

FYAVO is a travel booking platform operated by FYAVO LLC, a company registered in the United States. You can contact us at support@fyavo.com.

Hotel bookings made on FYAVO

When you book a hotel on FYAVO, FYAVO acts as your booking agent. Your stay is provided by the hotel, under the room conditions shown before you pay (meal plan, cancellation terms, check-in rules).

Your booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive the confirmation email with your booking number.

Prices and payment

Hotel prices on FYAVO are shown in the currency you chose and include the taxes and fees we know of at the time of booking. Some hotels charge local fees, such as a city tax or resort fee, payable at the property; when the hotel tells us, we show them before you pay.

Card payments are processed securely by our licensed payment partner, which appears as the merchant on your card statement. FYAVO never stores your full card number.

Member prices are available to signed-in FYAVO members only and may not be shared publicly.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Each room shows whether it is refundable and, if so, the deadline for free cancellation. You can cancel online from My trips, or write to support@fyavo.com with your booking number.

Cancellations after the deadline, no-shows and non-refundable rooms may be charged in full, as stated in the room conditions. Refunds go back to the card used for payment; the time it takes depends on your bank.

To change names or dates, contact us: changes depend on the hotel's availability and conditions and may require a new booking.

Flight bookings made on FYAVO

When you book a flight on FYAVO, FYAVO acts as your booking agent and your tickets are issued by the airline. The fare rules shown before you pay (baggage, changes, refunds) are the airline's and apply to your ticket.

Enter every traveller's name exactly as in their passport. You are responsible for valid passports, visas and transit visas for every country on your route.

Changes and cancellations follow the airline's fare rules; write to support@fyavo.com with your booking number and we handle them with the airline. Refunds, when the fare allows them, go back to the card used for payment.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account. You can update your details, sign out other devices or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Using the site

You may use FYAVO for personal travel planning and bookings. Do not copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it, resell rates, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate. FYAVO is not responsible for events outside its control, or for the services of hotels and partners beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
