Who is responsible

FYAVO LLC is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to support@fyavo.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

Your account: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally your phone number and country.

Your bookings: guest name, email, phone, hotel, dates, room, price and booking status, so we can confirm, send and manage your booking.

Search details such as places, dates and travellers, and basic technical data such as browser and device type, to show results and keep the site working.

Payment details

Card details are entered in a secure payment form provided by our licensed payment partner and go directly to them. FYAVO never receives or stores your full card number.

Who we share data with

The hotel and our booking supplier receive the guest details needed to provide your stay. Our payment partner processes your payment. Our email provider sends your confirmations. We do not sell your personal data.

Emails

We send emails you need: account confirmation, password resets, booking confirmations and cancellations. Marketing emails, if we send them, are only sent with your consent and always include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies

FYAVO uses only the cookies the site needs: a sign-in cookie (fyavo_session) when you log in, a short-lived security cookie (fyavo_google_state, 10 minutes) when you sign in with Google, and three preference cookies, fyavo_locale, fyavo_region and fyavo_currency, so the site opens in your language and prices show the way you chose.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our visit statistics are anonymous and cookieless. At checkout, our licensed payment partner may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

Our website host and our error-monitoring service process technical data, such as IP address and browser type, on our behalf only, to run the site and fix problems.

Your rights

You can see and update your details in your account, and delete your account at any time from account settings. Booking records may be kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
